Terms and Conditions

Rental Rates
All rental charges are for time out, not time used. Rental prices do not include tax, fuel, delivery, or damage waiver fees.

Overtime Charges
An overtime charge will apply if the rental equipment is not returned at the agreed rental return time. On metered equipment, overtime charges will apply when the hour meter is over 8 hours on day rental or over 4 hours on minimum rental period.

Fuel Charges
Fuel charges are based on current fuel costs. On equipment that is picked up, please return the equipment fully fueled or charges will be applied upon return. On delivered equipment, our team is happy to fuel the equipment on your behalf. You will be charged according to present fuel costs.

Cleaning Costs
If you return the equipment to us in a dirty condition, we will charge $54 per hour for cleaning with a minimum charge of $27.

Insurance
You must insure the equipment while in your possession against theft, vandalism, and physical damage. Proof of insurance is required of all contractors and must be presented prior to the first rental.

Payment
Rental payment is due in advance. If paid by cash or check, we require valid credit card information as well. We accept VISA, MasterCard, and Discover.
